Part of our appliance selection for our new home. Very quiet and easy to load. Main complaint is with bottom rack. Because of poor design it will not rest on door without lifting. Otherwise it always rolls back. As bottom rack gets loaded, it is cumbersome to have to lift the rack up and pull it forward to remain in place on the open door. Middle of top rack needs better design, not designed for wider mugs et al.

Really like the dishwasher. Looks good in the kitchen and it's very quiet. Wish the quick wash had a heated dry feature.

Quiet cycle, cleans great, no maintenance issues

Our previous dishwasher had a horrible sound while running and the repairman replaced the motor 3 times and it never fixed the issue. We traded this dishwasher for this new one and we love it! It is so much quieter than our old dishwasher and so far has had no maintenance issues! Cleans the dishes great, love the utensil holder that is easily removed and love the glass holder on top rack for crystal glasses. We were so frustrated with our last dishwasher and all the maintenance problems that we could never get resolved. So glad we paid the difference to upgrade to this dishwasher, it has been awesome!

Horrible orbit arm/function

Even after rinsing dishes ( which I shouldn't have to do!) the upper spray arm clogs with small food particles causing little water disbursement which in turn leaves the dishes DIRTY!! If upper arm was fabricated out of stainless the food would not adhere as it does to the plastic. Due to improper water pressure exiting upper arm the dishwasher stops functioning and results in an error code of .10 causing us to restart the system. Unit does not dry dishes, need to open door and let air dry/wipe off. Horrible dishwasher will not recommend and upset at price paid for it!! And for your info I use Cascade platinum actionpacs and water temp is 120 degrees. Sincerely your dissatisfied and former customer.
