I am on the second dishwasher. The first didn't work at all. After 3 repair attempts I got another machine This one needed service 2 times. It's working now, hopefully it will continue to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I was hoping for

I have installed five dishwashers, and this was by far the most difficult, solely due to the side brackets. Design for installation was counterintuitive! As for the performance of the dishwasher, it worked fine for the first six or seven months, but it has started to decline in performance. I noticed that the water was lukewarm mid-cycle. (I always run the faucet beforehand to make sure that dishwasher is pulling hot water.) I think that the heating element wasn't working properly since the dishes failed to dry properly at this time, too. I unplugged the machine, and it now seems to be working again, but I'm worried. Overall, it's a nice looking machine with some good cycle choices, but I'm afraid that it's lifetime will be short.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Aurora. Based on the model that you provided, it appears the dishwasher does not have a heating element; only a Heat Dry/Air option. Have you recently had any power outages or power surges? Are you also running the dishwasher while other faucets are using hot water? You may also find that using Rinse Aid may help with the drying performance. I hope this information is helpful. Almost silent Dishwashere

Very quiet , We have had it for a month, The soap dispener had an issue, but had great warranty service as well. Very satisfied so far.

quiet pleasure

It's about 5 weeks old and a pleasure to use because it is quiet and easy to clean externally with many cleaning optons for dishes.

Very Quiet! Takes too long to wash dishes

I brought it a month ago and not so happy! Has a smell when open.

Hey Vegas, I understand from your review that you are a two person household. I would suggest trying a rinse only cycle if you are not going to immediately wash your dishes as soiled dishes left in your dishwasher too long can create an odor. Hope this helps! Best Wishes, Jennifer

Good product but read all installation instruction

After the initial install the first wash didn't dry the dishes. After reading all the fine print of the user manual, we noticed you should not overload the dish washer and you need to use Jetdry. After that we had good results. The other issue is the bottom rack doesn't seem to stay on the tract very well. Other than that it works well.
