Washes Well, But Lacking in Some Features

This washer came with my new house. I had no input in choosing it over other brands or models. I am satisfied with the results it provides in that the dishes come out great. However, I miss features that I had on my previous home's dishwasher--namely that I cannot tell by glancing at it as to what component or cycle is on at that moment. I also do not like the green indicator light on the floor to show the conclusion of the wash cycle. I would prefer some light on the front door panel, like I had on my Whirlpool washer. As to loading the racks, I miss not having the wine glass feature on both sides with the flexibility to use them for stemware or for large utensil placement on top of them. I also miss the clips for small plastic lids to be held in place. I am glad that you can place some pins down, but on the lower rack they are not in a position to make it easy to place pots and pans or large bowls. Finally, I would have preferred the silverware rack be on the door to provide additional space for dishes on the rack itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dishwasher

We have had this dishwasher now for about 5 months. I love all of the extras. It's quiet, we need to put our hand on it to make sure we didn't forget to start. Love it!!!!!

I love the use of space but am disappointed

I love the use of space but am disappointed at how wet the plastic ware comes out. Also the blue dot telling me that the drying agent is in and availabe doesn't show anything! The same problem???

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Phyliss. Plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle. If the indicator light is not on, it could be possible that the drying method is not selected. I hope this helps! Bought this for remodeled kitchen which was finished the end of May. Cleaned my grill grates just fine. Love how quiet it is.

I am pretty happy. Only downside is that the heated dry does not dry the dishes. The inside of the washer is still completely wet. Have to leave the door open to dry
