[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we are happy with the four Frigidaire Gallery appliances that we purchased in June 2016. We decided on the brand because of the pricing, overall appearance and non-smudge stainless steel finish. We are self proclaimed perfectionists, and for the most part, the appliances serve us well. Suggestions for future design would include the microwave door closing more smoothly, also the awareness alarm is somewhat annoying, it is a little irritating. The dishwasher, bottom rack, rolls backwards and sometimes makes it challenging to fill. It would be great if a red light would come on when the dishwasher is running so that no one opens it during a cycle, it gets quiet at times during the cycle. On a positive note, the green light that comes on and stays on when the cleaning cycle is complete is very genius. The refrigerator butter tray is up a little high for our average height, but overall it is a good product. I find myself cleaning the handles often. It would be great if the ice maker could produce the ice faster, the small amount is okay unless we have company. The stove top design is new and unique to me. It is difficult to maintain the finish, it is a chore.

We really want to love it

We bought this a month ago along with the new Gallery Stove, Fridge, and microwave for our kitchen remodel. It's super quiet and cleans our dishes well. Our biggest complaint is that the dishes come out wet at the end of every cycle. We've tried the Power Cycle, the heated dry, our water temperature is right on, and we always use a rinse aid. I noticed that there is no heating element in this model, so how does it actually do a heated dry? It's only been a month, but we're tired of hand drying our dishes after every cycle. Please help!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
