We purchased this dishwasher over 4 years ago and it has always cleaned very well with flexible loading. However after 3 years the racks began showing rust in several areas. I requested replacement racks recently under warranty and have thus far received only one of the three racks.

The only issue I had is that the vinyl coating on the racks started to melt away and the metal inside the racks started rusting. LG sent me all new racks at no charge. The racks are covered for 5 years.
