[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the top rack for silverware,but sometimes it falls down if hit with something from the 2nd rack , so my husband had to wire them on, bottom rack the tines fall down to easy have to put them back up every time I finish a load after cleaning. Rope broke attached to spring on door, otherwise I like it,

This dishwasher is very quiet and efficient. I like the adjustable top rack and the fold-down tines in the main racks that easily make room for large bowls. There are more features than any dishwasher I have ever had, allowing short wash, quick & dry, small load, heavy load, and an automatic setting that takes away the guesswork. When my grandchildren visit, I'm glad all the electronic controls are on top of the door and are not accessible when the door is shut. This is the best dishwasher I could possibly want. It even plays a melody when the cycle is finished.

I had a LG dishwasher at my other house and loved it. I’m disappointed with this model because it does NOT dry the dishes! I’ve tried multiple settings still with no luck! I do use a rinse aid.

We purchased this dishwasher several years ago and are happy with it. It cleans our dishes well. Plastic items are not bone dry at the end of the cycle, but that does not particularly bother me. I recently had an experience where I called Customer Service to trouble shoot because the dishwasher was not starting. A few minutes on the phone fixed the issue and I avoided a service call. Excellent result!
Bought this December 2016. Washed well, dried well, enjoyed the adjustable racks. October 22 it started dinging incessantly. Unplugged it, plugged it back in a couple hours later, and the digging had stopped. Ran the cell phone diagnosis and it said nothing was wrong. 2 weeks later, got an AE code. Found water in the tray under the sensor, stopped it out with a paper towel, plugged it back in it was fine for a week. Following week the indicator lights in the top control panels started flashing and showing partial display. Call the service guy who told us the board was bad. Decided that cost of board and gasket on the door to stop the leak was not worth repair. Bought a new dishwasher. It's another LG based on repairman's recommendation. Hopefully this one lasts more than 6 years.
