DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

This dishwashers does not properly fit dishes (on either of the big racks) nor does it clean them. Half of our dishes need to be rewashed every time unless we scrub them beforehand. It sanitizes, but will not get off any kind of food even on the heavy duty settings.
The cycles are all over 2 hours.
The commercials that talk about the most through clean are a complete lie. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand because this LG dishwasher (and most likely other models) is junk. The 10 year old kitchen aid I had before this one worked much better.

The rest of my appliances are LG with no issues, but doubt I will even consider a LG dishwasher again.

Hate the Torture of the Blue Flashing Light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why in the world would LG put a Very Very Bright Blue Light on the front door and have it flash during operation. I put up with it for two days, then took the door apart and cut out and removed the light. Now I have my sanity back!

Extremely quiet dishwasher

After suffering with a dishwasher so loud that it could be heard throughout the main floor whenever it was running, it has been an absolute pleasure to own this dishwasher. Not only is it so quiet that it's often hard to tell it's on even when I'm in the same room, the rack configurations are very flexible and the dishes are quite clean when the cycle is finished. I didn't think I needed the top rack, but I find myself using it every day for cooking/serving utensils, travel mug lids, and small ramekins that I use for mise en place. Wonderful product!!

Bad all the way around..very disappointed

I have had this dishwasher since 6/1/2014. First; the dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes completely even if I use the extra dry button.
Second; the residue from the shipping stickers on the front of the stainless steel never came off. It looks like it’s off after you clean it then with 20 minutes you can see where the stickers were. Plus there are watermarks that have run down the front of the door that won’t come off. This is a dishwasher water on the front is inevitable. I am constantly cleaning this dishwasher. I have tried the polish and every suggestion I have found on their website.
There is definitely something wrong with this dishwasher.

Great Product

This is the second dishwasher (same make and model) we have purchased. The first was great and when we moved we bought another. It is quiet, efficient and easy to use. If I have any complaint it's that I have a hard time figuring out how to configure the racks for my particular way of doing things. Minor Problem. I highly recommend this product.

This dishwasher has four very stable feet, with adjustments for all four from the front of the washer. The water temperature is also managed for the best performance. The interior is very well arranged for easy loading and unloading. Lastly, it is a very pretty addition to the kitchen.

Wonderful Product - EXCEPT - Can't read buttons

We had to return this LDF7774ST because the touch buttons on the top of the door are unreadable without a flashlight - they do not illuminate!
I read the manual first and decided this would be a great dishwasher. We liked all the features, and is is SO QUIET! I really would love to keep it. But sorry, If only the button labels would illuminate so I know which one to press...
If you don't mind memorizing the button layout, or if you ha\ve better vision or lighting than I, then I recommend this as a terrific product. But if you expect, as I do, to have a visible human interface, then you need to keep looking.
