3rd Time is the Charm

First install was pulled out because one of the hoses was cut.
Second unit was installed and later leaked onto our tile floor. Installer said the gasket was leaking.
Third unit appears to be working fine.
Keeping our fingers crossed.
Thank goodness we are both at home and could work with all the scheduled visits.

Think the handle sticks out a little to far.

Dont waste your money

I bought this product since i have owned other LG products,
but it the last 4 months we have had to replace the Drain pump on the dish washer.
We are a family of 4 and we rinse our plates off and etc.
Its just a horrible product with the down time do to having to have it FIXED twice in 4 months!
Dont waste your money! Buy a different brand!

Doesn't dry dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This DW doesn't dry our dishes everything else is great cleans, like the adjustable shelves . The utensil holder doesn't clip on to anything so it moves around too much

Quiet but difficult to slide racks & glasses fall

The bottom rack falls off track, the middle rack tines fall down and glasses tip over, the top flatware rack is wonderful. Overall its super quiet and all, but 3 months in and I hate dealing with these quirks. Never had a dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great on all sorts of soiled dishes, even baked on and dried on residue. The utility of the 3rd rack however is a bit questionable. Mostly it seems to just get in the way of slightly taller items that we load onto the middle rack, so we have to remove the top rack baskets. That's annoying. Also the individual oval slots in the utensils baskets could be about 2mm wider. Our dinner forks won't fit, so they are bulk loaded in the bigger sections of the basket.
Pros: Performance, Quality, easy to use

Super Quiet Awesome Cleaner

It installed very easily and when we started it for the first time we had to bend down and put our ear to it to confirm it was working it was so quiet. If you follow the loading instructions your dishes come out clean and spot free. No regrets at all purchasing this and I will be purchasing other LG products form my kitchen as well!
