Rusted Racks after only 2 1/2 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought all LG appliances for my new house in mid 2017. All 3 racks have rust. I have had other dishwashers for years and this has never happened. I am so disappointed and I can't believe that I'm expected to purchase new racks.
Pros: ease of use

Rusted top rack less then a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom basket falls to one side most of the time, unless I very carefully push it back inside the dishwasher. Even then It may collapse on one or the other side. It becomes especially difficult when the basket is full of dishes. I think the basket is not wide enough to stay on the track. This has been a problem since day one of owning the dishwasher.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a beautiful appliance. It's quiet. As long as you keep the filters clean and you have soft water, it works very well. We we're very disappointed when the racks rusted within a couple of years. The rinse aid dispenser is also tricky and I'm never confident it will dispense properly--seems very inconsistent.

This has broken down 3 times in the last year. Each time took 3-6 weeks to get parts. It is broken down again in the last 2 weeks. I will be buying a different brand!!!

Dishwasher racks are rusting out! Huge crevices with rust buildup... It not only provides for an unhealthy and dangerous situation, it is unsightly and embarrassing too! Never experienced this with previous dishwashers from other manufacturers. Appears to be a defect based on other reviews of this product. Purchased all LG appliances for new house and so far this is the only disappointment. Guess I have to now buy new racks which are expensive...
