Regret buying

The spinning wand frequently comes off and now all my dishes have a white film on them, which cannot come off. I"m not sure if the wand is not spinning to disperse water or what but this purchase is a regret.

Love the dishwasher, don't love the rusted rack

We purchased an entire kitchen's worth of LG appliances and love them with one exception. Our dishwasher, which is the best dishwasher we've ever owned, has an issue with rust on the rack (the one with the spinning arm attached to the bottom) to the point where it's nearly useless for cups and glasses. I will have to replace the rack but I'm not sure why it's not lasting as long as the rest of the machine. I would be hesitant to purchase this product again.

It took me almost 3 months to get.Top fancy drawer has always been so stiff I never use it.Appliance was rusting in a year.Its 3 yrs old now and interior is extremely rusted and not because of our water.
Pros: Style/Design

Mostly decent

It does decent cleaning my dishes. I have tried to use the delay start and half load options but none of the indicator lights will light up. Every time I want to turn it on, I have to use a flash light to see the buttons. I tried the diagnostic app and it doesn’t seem to pick up on the fact that the indicator lights don’t work. I spent far too much time trying to deal with something that is supposed to be “smart”.

Does a Great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher 3 years ago and still runs great! The only issue with the black stainless steel, is that the the black color is actually some sort of sticker and you have to be careful or it may start peeling off. This can be seen in the photo on the left side of the handle, so not sure I would recommend the black. Otherwise, it's been a great dishwasher!
