[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this dishwasher just over 2 years and my bottom rack is already rusted out. Very disappointed they did not last longer.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rusting top rack is our only complaint

Dishwasher Quietness

Quietness is the very 1st noticeable feature you come to appreciate, you can hear the water leaving and going into the dishwasher, but that is it. It does a great job of cleaning. Your True Steam Technology really helps out on keeping my glassware and dishes coming out of the dishwasher very clear and clean in comparison to my old dishwasher. This makes everything worth the price. After about a month of usage, some cycles of cleaning appear to be long, (I am still in my learning curve of what this dishwasher can do). Before, I normally started the dishwasher before I went to sleep or left the house in the past, but now I can now run the dishwasher and not be disturbed at any time. You could talk or work around dishwasher and not realize the dishwasher is running. The design is very well thought out, and the look is very stylish in stainless steel. The door is recessed to allow more basket room. The countdown timer on the top of the door is easy to read. I really love the chime to alert you the cycle is finished. I would highly recommend this dishwasher to any or many people, you will not regret this purchase.

Good but short lived.

This product worked great for a year. It was extremely quiet and cleaned well. However, a month later we have experienced some drainage problems. We had a technician check it and fixing it is going to be almost as expensive as buying a new cheaper model. When we chose this unit, my wife and I decided we would spend extra money in a quality product. Unfortunately, I cannot say that we made the right decision as the product did not last.

Quiet!

Love this dishwasher. We have an open concept floor plan, and this dishwasher is nice and quiet. I like the different positioning of both the drawers and the grid posts so all of my dishes, from coffee cups to pots and pans, can fit in the same load. My dishes come out great every time.

The racks are flimsy and set up in a weird way, making it hard to get dishes to fit nicely. I feel like I'm trying to solve a puzzle every time I load my dishes. The adjustable racks would be nice if they actually stayed in place once you adjusted them to your liking.

Smelly Rust Bucket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit roughly a year ago, spent upwards of 1k on the thing. Warranty expires a year later, the top rack is rusting to pieces (literally), and the discharge pump in the base doesn’t have enough head pressure to thoroughly clean out the (poorly designed) corrugated drain line to the sink. So now it just smells like rotten eggs unless you run a cycle without any dishes in it to clean out the drain line to prevent it from stinking.
Very disappointed, supposed to be a good product line, but I have yet to see where. Save your money, buy something else.

Rusting Racks
