Bad Rusting

We have had the dishwasher for a few years and first noticed the rusting about 18 months ago. All 3 dishtraystrays are now covered in rusting where the coating has come away from the tray and left exposed metal. Have looked everywhere for replacement dishtrays but as this item seems to be discontinued, there is nothing available!! Does this mean I have to purchase a whole new dishwasher just because the trays are rusty and unsafe?!?! Not a good product if you ask me!

Top rack started rusting within six months. My eyes are very poor so could not see.

Good washing performance but poor quality racks

We have been using this dishwasher for several years. It does a good job cleaning but all of the racks are falling apart as if they are melting with every cycle. For such a sturdy machine, how can LG use a really poor quality material for the racks? Buying new racks will cost 50% of the price of a new machine. I am never buying LG dishwasher again.
