We bought this dishwasher several months ago and it is amazing. We love the ability to change the size of the silverware holders and the arrangement of the shelves. What we really love and appreciate is how quiet it is. You can barely hear it running at all and the loudest part is when it is draining water.

this machine is super quiet. The normal wash cycle takes over 2 hours. I have had a service tech out 4 times to fix issues with the pump.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Enjoying the dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher seems to work great and it is extremely quiet. Only complaint is that the LED lights on the front are very bright. When it is running at night, it lights up my kitchen wall opposite the dishwasher (see photo).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was designed poorly, if the designer had to use this everyday, I'm sure it would not be so bad. First, the bottom rack constantly comes off track, second, the collapsible holders are not aligned to where a row of bowls will nest properly. On the plus side, it does a fantastic job of cleaning dishes, and is very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwashwer cleans really well, but despite my efforts to clean out the filter, it makes a really whiney sound while washing (which I was told was because the filter was dirty). Also, the bottom rack, no matter how I distribute the weight of the dishes, ALWAYS comes off the rollers, and I have to fight to get it back on even after removing the dishes. It's hard on my back to have to keep re-distributing dishes because the rack can't stay in place. I never had this issue with any other dishwasher.

Quiet and Roomy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet and effective operation. We wouldn't even know the dishwasher was operating without viewing the well placed status lights on the front. Easy operation and multiple mode options via the integrated controls. Very roomy inside with three racks that are adjustable in height as well as in configuration. Have had no problem cleaning everything from normal plates and utensils to pots and pans without fail. Well worth the extra pricetag.
