Don't buy it

This dishwasher is terrible. It is hard to load...even though the racks are adjustable, nothing fits and plates, bowls etc fall over. It also doesn't clean. Over and over, there are dishes that appear not to be touched, so frustrating! And keep in mind, I'm not overloading it because only a few dishes actually fit! Also, there's a nasty smell always coming from the dishwasher and it's ruining anything that is clear plastic because it turns it orange. Hate this dishwasher. So disappointed that we spent so much money on it.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I spent too serious extra money to get the Samsung product all others products I have yours was great. this one I am completely disappointed they do not dry the dishes and it takes so long to wash it is very quiet but that's all that is good about this product I have taken this dishwasher out and put back to cheaper model I had before and they dry perfect.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, doesn't dry the dishes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just got this dishwasher ran it through one cycle and it started leaking. support was not available until Monday. Will be calling to get service tech, out to see why it is leaking.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had nothing but problems with this "best dishwasher available" since 6 weeks after my purchase. Samsung service takes forever to get a repair complete. Technician took almost 2 weeks to get here then had to "order" parts - another week later replaced parts. Now just one month later the SAME problem is happening and we are having to deal with Samsung Service department AGAIN!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED with Samsung and will probably not buy another product from them unless something changes very quickly!
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

best dishwasher I have ever used

this dishwasher (waterfall) really cleans well things on top get as clean as bottom, the third rack works well for smaller items. Must learn to put taller glasses on the bottom but all bowls can be on second rack nothing ever gets thrown around

Cant believe what I was missing, this dishwasher cleaning is just out of the world, I am single so don't use every night maybe 2-3 time a week, used to wash on pots & pans extra hot heavy wash cycle, no\w just normal no extras, First time I ran it had to go check to see if it was running as could not hear it, only noise is when first start to drain then just the first blast hitting the drain pipes. The 3 racks is really nice and cleans outstanding thru the whole washer. If you need or maybe don't need a new washer or a present for someone sure they would be thrilled with this dishwasher. I know just blew me away after using this washer, great job designers and engineers at Samsung I think you need to be awarded the dishwasher of the year award. Only took me a hour to uninstall old washer and install new on and that included unpacking the new one, is super easy, use a small level to level, after you hook up water and drain wam bam, you are ready to use. first time after wash said LC (leakage check) checked all connections and floor no water so next run all was great. Really like the trouble codes as it checks itself and tells you want is wrong and what to do. Can't really can't say enough about this dishwasher.
Pros: Bright display, Durable

I have to say it is so QUITE the first 2 time we used it I was not sure if its working and running properly. I had to open the door to check if it is working! Dishes are comes out clean and they look very nice. We like the look and the design. For us, do not like what they done to functionality/display part of the dishwasher they could done a much better job. Such a nice looking machine deserve better. 1st it has no pause button, like Start Button, should be function as a START&PAUSE button, "to add a missed spoon, fork or knife" 2nd when you push the START button there are no indicator on the dishwasher to show you what part of the process the dishwasher at and running or how much time lift before the end?! really?! you just have to stand there and guess?! and all this is just a little software update of the dishwasher!
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!
