I have had this printer for about a month now and am completely satisfied. I made the right decision. I especially like the front TWO TRAYS plus the rear tray for Printing Photos & Card Stock. The savings on ink are worth a great deal and probably the first reason I purchased this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago for my business its been the best printer purchase I've made in years. the ink storage alone is a reason to buy, but the excellent printing clarity will make you fall in love. Double sided printing too.

This is the best printer for small businesses. The ink lasts forever and the design is so simple I don't need the manual.

Our office was in the market for a color printer for marketing material, as well as general office usage, and we were not disappointed! The packaging that the printer came in was unbelievably secure making sure the printer was in exceptional condition for set-up. The set-up did not take long at all, and now the whole office is up and running on it. The quality in using it has been very good, from FAX, B&W, color, Scanning, we have been very impressed! I definitely recommend it, and love having the Epson Workforce Pro in our office!!!

Great Litte Printer

We've been running this printer for about a month. It is very fast, even on color copies, has no issues maintaining a connection with our wireless network, unlike our other printer, and has a very small footprint for a machine that does so much. We have been very happy with our purchase and very happy with Epson. Well done!

I have only had this printer about a month - or less. It is the most fabulous equipment in my office. Whomever the engineering team is on this product did a great job at anticipating needs and thinking ahead. It is large, but the size is needed for the kind of heavy printing I do. Thank you for making this product. I am fine paying for the cost of it up front as long as I can save on the ink. THAT was the reason I bought it in the first place - the ink savings. If you remain true to that for customers, you will dominate the industry within the next 2-5 years. Great job on the double-sided printing where I do NOT have to reinsert the page. SOOO cool on the design. The INK is the best part but the functionality is a huge bonus. Great job to the engineers and marketeers that got my attention on the product!!!

This is the big one!

Okay, so this is a HUGE printer. If you're running a home office or thinking of this for personal use, you may want to re-think. It's an EXCELLENT printer, but it is massive! It's 2' wide, and about 17" deep and tall. It's heavy and it arrives in a GIANT box. If you're still certain you have room for it and want it, then let me say it's a great printer! Beautiful, fast, double-sided printing is nice enough, but those huge ink tanks make the difference. The thought of not having to buy ink for a couple years (at least) is wonderful. Scanning, Faxing, and Copying are all quite nice, too. My only complaint is that none of the printers come with software anymore; You have to go to the web page and download it.
Honestly, if you want the be-all-end-all of office printers, this is the one to get. When you add up the cost of all the ink you'd use over a couple years, the price of this printer seems pretty reasonable.
