Recently purchased this unit: set-up was a breeze, quality printing, and I love the fact that although I spent more money on the printer itself, I get to buy large bottles of the ink and each bottle will last for a very long time. At last!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for small business, bit noisy when feeding paper so I wouldn't be able to use it at night, otherwise its ok and fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

With the very minor exception of "snapping off" the ink bottle tips (they did not "snap" cleanly), the entire operation, while somewhat complicated and time consuming, went very smoothly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Print Quality

I purchased this printer for my office in July 2016. I like that the ink is not as costly as the cartridges. The only issue that I have with this printer is the print quality. It leaves streaks through the documents that I print off. Is there a way to clean it so that this would stop occurring? It has done it from day one. I am about ready to go and buy one that uses the costly cartridges. I would like to purchase one for our home, but not with this type of print quality.

Very low cost per page

Color trifolds with a high print density on each side had an ink cost of about two cents each, making the total cost of printing them (any quanity I wanted) about half of what it cost for professional printing in quantities of 5,000.
I would recommend this to a friend!
