This printer has very good print quality. I also like the I can print from my phone. The ink tank technology is great and seems to save me a lot of money. The only problem I have is that if I go a day or so without printing the printer will not reconnect to my wireless network. I then have to unplug the printer and plug it back in waiting for it to reconnect. This kinda makes wireless printing much less effective.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great printing and huge savings in ink.

I bought this printer six months ago, didn't think a lot about high savings in, figured there uld be soe ut not this munch. I have yet to buy ink. I'm picking up som black this week to top off the tank. A good buy I'd say.

always offline or cannot find printer wifi or otherwise

I bought this 1.5 years ago and it worked nicely for about 2 months. Then I switched modems with telus and even though I updated all settings...my computer and wifi are never able to connect with this printer. Worse - even plugged in I am rarely able to make copies from my computer or online.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been very happy with the ink. It lasts so much longer than any of the 2-3 printers I have used.

I have had this printer for a couple years. It is a little glitchy with the wifi printing, but I always manage to get it to work, eventually. Now I downloaded all the current firmware and drivers, so hopefully there will be no more problems...
I would recommend this to a friend!
