Perpetual Scanner problem

I like the ecotank concept BUT. I have a problem that never gets solved. Suggestion is always re-install the software. Nope. The problem is that after I finish one set of scans, the next set can't be complete. I have to invoke Task Manager and End Task. Then it works the next time. BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DO THAT. We'll see if posting the problem here ever helps since any other attempt to solve is not working.

Ink last a very long time

I have had this printer for about 2 years and use it daily. My grandsons use it for their school work also and I have only added black ink twice. The only downfall is that it is impossible to see the level of the ink while you are adding so you have to be very careful when adding more ink because you definitely do not want to overfill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is confusing and difficult to keep the printer connected on line.Also the ink tanks have leaked. when cleaning the print nozzles.

I love the refillable ink and low-cost of printing, I have had lots of trouble with remote access but finally have it mostly working on the two home/work computers

There are many print options from very fast to high quality which preserves ink, however, the screen is small and not particularly easy to navigate, even though there is plenty of room on the front of the printer for a larger screen. The paper feeds into the printer from behind instead of the top making it more likely to get caught and jam. Jammed paper is not as easy to remove as with some other printer models. Overall it's worth the money since you will not be throwing out ALLLLLLLLL that plastic when buying new cartridges. We can't do this alone. Jesus and Mary Christ

No Colors printed. Poor quality

I brought this in April 2018. Colors not printing. Only black printing. just after 2 months of use, colors stop printing. I used it once every week. Poor quality. Dont buy this printer.
