The best printer ever

I've had this printer since it first came out and I absolutely love it. I print hundreds of pages and the ink lasts for a long time. I can't say enough good things about it, I just love how easy it is to use and the ink savings are tremendous. If it ever stops working I will buy another one just like it.

Cheap to run, but a real hassle

This printer is inexpensive to use, but the ink dries out and clogs the print heads. It's a real mess and hassle to clean them off and get it working again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until it wasn’t

I bought this printer about two years ago and really loved it. Overall the fact that you can buy the refillable ink is a huge huge benefit. I don’t regret buying the printer but lately for some reason, the printer always Hass to be reset otherwise it locks up. I did won’t even turn off by using the power switch, and I have to physically pull the plug out and plug it back in to reset it. It’s been doing this for a couple of months and I’ve tried to update drivers and other things but no fix found.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally, I don't have to keep buying ink cartridges. I gave it a 'good' rating only because of Epson's customer service. Their customer service must be outsourced to another country. Hard to understand their employees. Now, I find if I go to their website, I have to pay to speak to someone when their is a problem.

Love the Epson Tank ! Perfect for my personal use - free from buying all those ink cartridges. Never worry about running out of ink again. Ink seems to never run out. Thank you Epson for a great design !!

Color doesn’t work well. AirPrint works on and on

I bought this printer over a year ago. The color printing was OK at first and has gotten progressively worse. I have only printed 400 pages, so not much use. Air print seems to lose its connection often and won’t print most of the time. Must print with a wired connection to a PC. Start paying more money for the eagle print option would be wise, but with for a color prints and limited wireless functionality, I would recommend looking at a different model

Have had printer for while. Works really well and doesn't end up using ink cartridges that cost multiples of what print did!

Bought this in 2016 and just recently ( 3years later) added more black ink (that came free with the printer). I would have spent hundreds for ink in 3 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
