I print A LOT. When I bought this printer I was kinda skeptical that it would actually print as much as it said that it would, however, I have printed more than 9,000 pages and i JUST now added black ink. That was just to be safe. It wasn't even actually low yet!I can't even tell you how many pictures I have printed from it!
There are only 2 downfalls to this printer. The first is that there isn't a paper feeder to the scanner. That makes it incredibly difficult to scan multiple documents at one time. The second is that if you are trying to print a picture or document from your phone, and you go away from the app, the picture or document stops printing where it is. There is some kind of communication error that makes it impossible to print unless you are looking at the app the entire time it is printing. I initially thought maybe it was just that particular phone, then I upgraded from the LG 6 to the S10 and the same thing happened

Expensive but worth the price

a lot of people will be hesitant in buying this product because of its price, believe me. Me and my friend were having second thoughts and was gonna opt to cheaper printer for there are a lot to choose from. But then we said. we would rather go with quality and an investment that would last for long periods of time. sure enough we made the right decision in buying this product/. I have had this for almost a year now and still loving it. specially if you buy the Epson paper. it works well together. keep up the good work Epson.

I bought this item more than a year ago. I have printed thousands of items and the print quality is satisfactory for the purposes I need it for. The scan and copy functions do what they are supposed to do and again are adequate. Where this item shines is in the ink usage and customer service. I've only had to replace ink once despite all the printing and it wasn't expensive. The printer had a hardware fault and the unit was replaced by Epson without much of a hassle.

Extremely long lasting ink

I've had this machine over a year and still haven't replaced any ink. The tanks hold an amazing amount. The colors it prints are great and the photos are wonderful.

Great when it works properly

I actually bought this printer several years ago and it is great from the standpoint of not needing ink for a long period of time. I don't print much, don't print photos, just documents. The problems I have with it is it doesn't always keep its connection and I have to turn it off and on or go back in and re-do the network settings. It could be user error, but when it works, it works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
