Poor connectivity

Connecting to this printer is limited to USB or WiFi only. The printer will not work with my firewall, so I have to connect directly to the machine. Only hitch, it sometimes doesn't connect. So far, only one of our 4 laptops can connect by direct WiFi. The rest of the time we have to connect via USB. Color management is limited as well. I couldn't find profiles specific to this printer to work with Adobe Creative Suite. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson should outsource software/drivers to another company.

Epson should outsource software/drivers to another company that has some expertise in this. I like the printer, but wifi connectivity is substandard, the help pages are idiotic, it's easier to "google" for what you want to do than it is to go through 100 pages of instructions that rarely show good results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy set-up. Windows 10 drivers easily downloaded on website, and this gave all the information needed to get connected. With care the ink loading was very slightly messy, but no big problem. Wireless connectivity and iPhone connection followed quickly. Printing fine right now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got this printer. It set up very easily. Documentation for it well written. Print output fast and very good, very detailed and good color. And I will not have to replace those stupid cartridges every 2o pages - that is what it seemed like with that old XX printer I had.

Cannot believe how easy it was to get from box to printing. Did not pull any hairs, not even once. If quality is as advertised this will be my printer buy of a lifetime.
