I like the Ink capability and COST and the Print quality is excellent. Though I can print legal documents, a shortfall is I CAN'T COPY LEGAL DOCUMENTS. Great printer for general printing.

So far this printer has performed as advertised. Everyday printing flawless, photo printing very good. 2 years? that remains to be seen (I've only had it for several months). But I am definitely saving on ink !

So far, no problems have been encountered with
printing. Noted with previous reports is shutting down the computer system via electrical power-off switch, rather than off shut down giving problems to the ink in the printer.

Excellent printer, copier and scanner

I am a person who appreciates value and I think this printer gives great value. It does an excellent job of printing almost everything, although I am a bit disappointed in the way it prints photographs - perhaps I need to experiment with it more. But I am so happy not to have to constantly buy and change printer cartridges. It looks good and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Easy set up. Prints great! Easy to work with! A pleasure to operate, not frustrating like other printers! Ink lasts a very long time....That is the best thing about this unit!

I was looking into this and I am amazed that there will be an option to have ink for a year and I am starting to use it now and this is for home and school work and work and the amount I paid for ink last year I could have bought 3 of these printers and now we will see how it goes and I would love to write back in a few months and to tell you how things are going
