I bought this printer a year ago, when they first came out. So tired of buying ink cartridges, & this printer was so worth it, just for that alone. The wireless feature is also a big bonus. i now have extra printing to do, but it's less hassle now thanks to this great printer. Thanks Epson!!!!

LOVE this printer and the savings on ink. Bought it in April 2015 for my desktop and just now set up my laptop to print wireless on it (12-2016) Have not purchased any ink since purchased, and tanks are still about 75% full. We print maybe a sheet of two a day. With the old ink system I'd be purchasing ink a couple times a year. What a $aving$ !! Also very easy to set up.

Quick review after 6 months of use

We do a lot of printing on different types of paper (regular, cheap, and premium matte); the premium matte presented problems: it'd run well for 5 or 6 sheets, then spit out two sheets without printing anything, and end with a paper jam message. It seems to be happening less frequently, so it's not as much an issue. Color quality is fine; occasionally we'd get streaks, but using the print head cleaner utility resolved it. Right now the only real issue is a loud squeaking sound as it feeds each paper. I contacted print support tonight and am awaiting a response. Overall, if it holds up, I'd have to say it's a great improvement over our old HP printer. I really like the tank system since we use this primarily for a business which uses a lot of print and, therefore, ink. I averaged 4 stars for the product - the value will depend on how long the printer lasts.

Establishing communications with my local hot-spot was about the MOST arduous and frustrating experience that I have ever had with all of my clothes on!!!! My cardiologist would NOT be pleased.

Even though my old Epson 825 still worked the ink was just getting to expensive to justify using it so I invested in the ET-2550. I really love this new do all scanner / printer. The set-up was easily accomplished and printing from my iPhone or IPad wirelessly is awesome. The start up is quick and the scanning and printing is fast. I would of rated this five stars if the pictures would have the option to print borderless.

heads requires high maintenance due to lines in printing / take the time to frequently clean heads this printer is great

Great ink savings

Purchased printer over a month ago, looking for a printer that wouldn't cost an arm and leg for ink. We were buying high capacity cartridges 4-5 times a year with previous Epson printer. So far, ink reservoirs have shown minimal reduction in ink levels. This printer should pay for itself in about a year. One key is to NOT turn printer off between print jobs; just let it go to sleep.

Big savings in Ink. Scanning is very poor, slow and cumbersome. Wireless printing makes life easy.
