The print heads clog very easily and do not clear with the clean head function. Started clogging after about 6 months of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this print almost a year and I'm not crazy about. It works okay but the quality of the printing especially in color is not great. Very fuzzy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Ink Tanks!

This is a decent printer with no great flaws to note. I LOVE the idea and implementation of the ink tanks. They hold a HUGE amount of ink, and can be filled as needed. The print quality is not bad either. My only two complaints with this printer are 1) the lack of a duplex or two-sided printing option, and 2) the method of feeding paper (I would prefer a tray that I could fill rather than inserting sheets to be vertically fed from this model's hopper). That aside, this is the only printer of the five I own that I have used since I set it up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
