excellent black text printer and ink usage, problem is color is off, ie. red is brownish red, brown color is too much darker than source. will call support and ask if adjustable and how.

I have been interested in this printer for a while now because its cartridge free. Mine didnt come with a CD or a manual but I was able to get the driver online. Easy setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is the worst ever at picture clarity.
Constantly needing to clean and align the heads.
It will improve slightly, but still have lines through the pictures.
I use it to print instructions for my business and it is very embarrassing to send them out. The ink last a long time but that is it.
I've had it 2 years now and had to give my experience, I'm not one to complain usually, but I can't take it anymore!

Head cleaning does not work well

Had an Epson Workforce that I had a utility for just cleaning one black or color. Epson still ahsn't cared to build in a utility that only cleans what is needed. Been cleaning 3-4 times a day for 4 days and still have same 2 black missing bars

Where is it?

Love this machine when it’s online and working. Mine is set up for WiFi only and lately it goes offline and is undetectable. The other night it started printing as I walked into the room. The print job was one I tried two weeks prior. Haven’t had much time to trouble shoot yet. Except for that issue it’s the best printer I’ve ever had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer in October 2017. Here it is the end of October 2018 and I still haven't had to buy ink. I am into photography big time and make my own greeting cards and family calendars. I use a LOT of ink. The only thing that would make this printer better would be if I could buy waterproof or water resistant ink for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s impossible to print our photo like prints it all very smaged can’t adjust or fix it
Only great think is ink you do make few hundreds copies but be prepared the quality is very minimal basic
App doesn’t work always
Nozzle had to be clean very often

Can't get the black ink to refill

I bought this printer a little over a year ago and it worked like a champ until I needed to add black toner. The first replacement worked fine. The second time it will not accept toner and I am constantly trying to get black ink to load into the reservoir a little at time to keep it from running out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
