Color heads can't be cleaned with "maintenance" operation

Black printer heads need cleaning weekly, color heads totally clogged up (with factory ink by the way)

Affordable and great little everyday printer

Overall cost is the big factor for me when buying a printer. I wanted a workhorse that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg for ink. Found it! I get good quality copies and the ink lasts a long time. Refills are affordable. Good job Epson!

I bought this over five yeears ago and even after three years of no use, 6 clean cycles and ir works like new!

A work horse!

I bought this because I'm sick of spending so much on ink. It's now 3 years old and I've only had to add colored ink once, black ink twice. I don't print every day but I do use it often. The copies are crisp and clear. It was a little confusing for me to use at the start but only because I wasn't reading the display correctly. I would definitely recommend this baby.

I can completely fill all its tanks for less than it costs for a set of cartridges for my previous printer. Then I can print ten times as many pages before it needs another refill.

Easy to maintain

I bought this several years ago and have had little trouble with it so far. Like it so much talked brother in law into buying one. He likes it also. Once in a while it will take a little spell and not want to work but that is normal with changing computers, hooking up phones and whatnot. All in all this is the best printer I have ever had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great idea and cost saver

Have had mine for four years; overall, a winner. Changing ink could be a mess, and difficult reding correctly the proper ink levels. Clean heads regularly, and you will save a ton on buying cartridges; don’t ever do that again!
