Easy set up

So far a very nice printer. Took me about 45 minutes to set up printer from the box and network to two computers and my iPad. Quality of print seems to be above average.

Misleading

Sure! You get thousands of pages on one bottle of ink! It sounds lovely. But the reality is I've printed about 40 pages and my ink is down below the line on the little plastic Square showing how much ink is in there. And it says often (with !!!) "don't let that get below the line". So what's true is you're going to have to buy ink all the time because you're going to have to keep topping off the tank. This is fairly annoying. And I think their advertising is very misleading.
Other than that I'm happy with the printer, and I'm very happy with not needing to use those little hard plastic containers. I think it's environmentally great, it's faster than my old printer, and it prints from my phone :-). Yay!

Easy Set Up / Great Product & Prints So Far

This is my second Epson Printer, & most likely not the last. First one was worked to death, with no repairs...and still prints well in black & white. This product prints sharp vibrant images relatively quickly. The eco tank will definitely save me money and the time running to the store every few weeks for ink. You've gotta love it!

Better Beginners Up front Usage Instructions.

A simple up front summery of all the features of the ET-2550, how to access and use them would have been nice...with a brief expllanation on how to set them up and use them. Took me forver to find and use this stuff--had to call the best-buy rep twice.
Otherwise everything seemed unnecessarily complicated, Suggest a real in-depth printed user manual be included in the box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DIFFICULT TO INSTALL

FOUND A BIT DIFFICULT TO INSTALL. INSTRUCTIONS WERE MUDDLED. WAS DIFFICULT TO ID WIFI...ALL OTHER PRINTERS WERE FINE.

Great to be able to print without anxiety

We decided to try this printer since my wife often prints a lot and I always cringe thinking of the cost in cartridges. Not so with this printer which is great.
However, we recently had lines throughout our print jobs, tried everything and finally had to do a Power Ink Flush which apparently greatly reduces the life of the print heads which is very worrisome. Epson told us to do it after we called and explained what we had been trying.
I would recommend this to a friend!
