I just received my printer and as usual I dread the set up process since I kinda stink using a laptop BUT this was amazing from start to finish and everything works great WAHOO super happy in WILMINGTON DE !! THANKS A BUNCH

Wifi unstable

Don't get me wrong the machine works great but it constantly drops the wifi setting. I thought maybe it was my router but it wasn't. Hopefully this will get addressed soon.

after spending enough in ink to buy 3 printers, I decided to give the eco tank a try. I am brnad new to this, so all I can say is that the set up was easy, and the test page looks good. we will see how it performs in the coming weeks.

I like the Epson ET-2550

I purchased this to put a little color into my Church bulletins, and also for various certificates. The printer worked well out of the box. The only slightly difficult thing was setting up the Wi-Fi access, but once you do that and install software on other PCs you can access this printer from any other location. We've had a number of other color printers, and I've always been turned off at the high cost of ink cartridges. Now I can print things without worrying about excessive costs!

Poor quality

This printer is not what you would expect. This is the second one due to the poor printing quality. I am going to try and return this one as well. DO NOT purchase this product. Great idea with the ink well but the quality is poor.

Not enough information to connect to Chromebook

The epson website said this printer was compatible with my Chromebook via Google Cloud, but I'm not getting enough information to justify my considerable investment in this printer ! Certainly not in Literature included with the printer. Very disappointed!

could be simpler setup

we spent about 3 hours setting up this printer, couldn't get ink process to work like the instructions said. 3 seconds on OK is not enough time!
