Great printer/scanner!
I opened the box, opened & attached the ink tanks, then downloaded print driver & presto! I was printing, scanning, & copying.

Very easy to set up & use.

I'm still trying to set up the printer. My son who is tecky did most of the work but could not get it connected to my PC. After he left, I was able to do that but still can not get it to print. Although I have followed the instructions multiple times, I still get the message that to "set the guideline" which I have over and over and over again. I'm stymied. I might give it a better rating if/when I can use the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bought et 2550 to replace old artisan. old printer still work like new. ink is expensive. the quality is excellent though. 1st day i did a lot of printing with the 2550 and didn't use much ink and the tanks are huge. i like the way you refill. finally a home printer that is reasonable to use without costing a lot. for the home printer you will be happy.

I had it for over a year and still working great
I don't like printers with cartridge the ink last for weeks and are too pricey .
With the Eco thanker you never run out of ink
The best printer I ever own
