This product was easy to set up. It is my third Epson. Each one has been a pleasure to use. I can not wait to see how long the inks will last with the Ecotanks...this is a great move Epson!!! Thank You

Easy setup

The ET-2550 fits on my desk cleanly, was easy to setup and easy to connect to my home network, so far I like it. This is my first Epson. A fellow customer talked me and my wife into buying it, buy explaining the way the ink system works and how inexpensive it is to refill the ink, I'm glad we listened.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Prints very slow. Does not do double sided printing. Does not print borderless photos.

WiFi Woes

Great printer, has nice rich colors, but the WiFi is a nightmare. I'm a tech so I have no problem troubleshooting computer issues but the WiFi on this printer is rough. I'm hoping I don't have to take it back to the store because it won't connect to the WiFi. Time will tell.

Inconsistent printing

This printer started off good, but after 4 full page color prints it started printing every other line and showing pixels. Print quality is not good.

Setup

I had read that the setup for this printer was easy, but did not find it so. The tiny screen was almost worthless in trying to setup the printer on my wireless network. There was a time limit and trying to maneuver that screen to enter the necessary data was terrible. I had to use a temporary USB connection to get the setup done. Filling the ink wells is a potentially messy process so I definitely recommend that you wear rubber gloves and put something under ink wells to catch any spills. I have not had any use of the printer so can't speak for its general performance at this time. The documentation that comes with the printer is really very sketchy except for ink loading instructions.

Great machine

So far we love it! Hopefully it will save us money on the ink. We never buy any other brand of printers, only Epson. Right now we have five (5) Epson printers.
