I just set up the printer everything seems to work out of the box. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is I just set up the unit.

this is a new product for me. I am anxious to use it. I am looking forward to not having to buy inkjets anymore. the store and sales clerks were very helpful in explaining this product to me.

I really haven't gotten any use out of this this yet but so far I'm pleased. Set up was nice and easy, the space taken up for an all in one is minimal and the few pages in black and white are very clean and bold. also the 4 pages i did print were done in half a min. The one page in color was also clean and it took as long to print one color page vs. one black and white.
I would recommend this to a friend!

During package contents inspection an "update" was taped to the package indicating a bonus black ink bottle for product setup. The bonus bottle of black ink was NOT included.
Make sure you verify the carton contains all contents.
