The Good and the Bad

We purchased the ET-2550 both for the wireless connectivity and the Eco-tank (thank you!), Easy to install (we have two computers) no problem installing them. The print quality is just great. What I did miss on reading the literature was that it did not have an automatic paper feed for copying, faxing, etc.. Takes forever to copy and print multiple pages. Takes a little while to receive wireless info. Love the Eco-tank !!!!!!!

Great Printer, Greater Customer Service

I just bought this printer because I was very impressed with its reviews, style, and funcunality. After I set it up myself I found a few days later that I was having trouble with setting up the printer as my default scanner for my new iMac.
I called the 800 for customer service and a gentleman named Michael assisted me and walked me through setting it up as my default, and even waited for me to test scan a few printers to ensure that I had a good destination point set to save the scanned images.
He did not have to do that being that my trouble was making sure that it was just set up as my default, but he helped me make sure that it stays connected to my wifi and that I know where my images are saved to.
Very impressed with the level of service. Great Job!

So far, So good. I am NOT the tech saavy person in the house and I couldn't wait for him to do the install as the other printer was not working and I needed to print...I followed all instructions, did the install, had a test paper print - all set!! :)
