The install is a lengthy process, but is easy to understand. I had a glitch when priming the ink in the printer, but a call to Epson Tech Support solved it quickly. All in all not a bad install. I look forward to using the printer!

So far so good. I recently printed an excellent photograph of a winter scene. Love the fact there are no wires to connect to my computer. It's everything advertised. Best of all no dealing with ink cartridges like my old printer. Totally worth it.

Have been using Epson printers (currently own 3) since the mid 1980's. This is by far the best for ink replacement, Would recommend the ET-2550 to frlends and famly.

I was tired of running out of ink, especially black. I do a lot of printing. I was searching for an black ink cartridge but could only get the black if I bought the multi-pack with the colors. I started to accumulate a lot of colors.
In my search, I came across the Epson eco printer with bottles to fill a tank! This was fantastic. The printer fills all of my needs except for faxing. However, I have another printer to fill the need.
So far everything is great. I've been using it daily and still have a lot of ink left.
I know that most basic ink jet printers are inexpensive and the companies make money on ink cartridges. The refill bottles are very inexpensive.
It's about time that someone came out with a printer to reduce the cost of printing.
Congratulations to Epson!!! I'm not sure if other manufacturers have done the same thing.
By the way, I have other epson printers besides the eco printer (2) and I am very satisfied with their products.

I've had this printer a couple of days and the setup including usb connection to a Windows 7 laptop went smoothly. I was disappointed that there were no driver's for Linux Mint, which is my preferred OS.
Now, I'm trying to work my way through setting up wifi and/or wifi-direct connection to my tablets and phone. I was surprised that this printer was not included in the list of printers covered by "Epson Print Enabler" program. If I can get wireless operation to work, I'll raise my rating.
