Was really frustrated with the other manufactures taking my money with the replacement ink cartridges every few months. I decided to get out of the box and try Epson. What a pleasant surprise. Compact and reliable. Easy to setup. So far so good !

We have a desktop, laptop, and tablet. Links to epsonET2550 by wireless. Installation of drivers to desktop and laptop was easy for me who grew up without computers and a tech support person handle such things when working at myoffice. Thanks Epson

Easy Set Up

I was very impressed with how easy the printer was able to be set up on my computer. Also setting up wireless connections to my wife and son's computers were a snap! Quality of print was very good with clear, concise lines and color as well as bold black and white printing. This printer is a great buy for what I paid for it (and it comes with ink bottles!). Replacement bottles for all ink cost 1/2 the price of conventional printer inks.

1st time usage right out of the box

despite the long waiting time for the ink to cycle through the printer, it was fairly easy to set up. just download the software and let it do the work. be very care when handling the ink bottles. very easy to use!!!

I had this printer for 3 months. It worked great at first and then it would leave streaks, lines, smudges and looked awful. Spent way too much money for this product to not work properly. I returned it and bought a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it's about time

It's about time a printer comes along where the ink replacement is less than the printer. I use this printer for my small business. I do a lot if printing. The only negative is the pages per minute and maybe the sound of the printer. The printer is easy to use with both my phone and ipad.
