I love this printer! I haven't had it long, maybe a month. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems to always pull the paper through at a slight angle no matter how hard I try. This doesn't bother me to much though because I use it mostly for personal things. I have printed a LOT of color and I think the ink will really last a long time and I'm so excited not to spend an arm and a leg for ink for a while
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not great print quality

What I hated about my last printer - also an Epson - was that I was spending a fortune on ink cartridges. So, I was excited to try the Ecotank. Filling the ink was easy, wifi set up was nice, and cloud printing is going well. It seems to use ink very efficiently. However,I don't print everyday.
I went about two weeks with out printing and now have little blank lines running through everything. I've cleaned the heads at least a dozen times. I've wasted paper printing out big documents to try and clear out whatever the problem is. Sometimes the nozzle check still shows missing segments, sometimes not. But those little blank streaks are still there, for text and images.
This happened with my Workforce printer, too, until the black ink stopped printing at all.
Secondly, the color quality is not what I hoped for. I need to print color coded spreadsheets and the red keeps printing out as brown/burgundy. The white text in the colored cell is blurry, not clear.
Overall, I'm disappointed.

The set up is OK except you should set it up so the WFi password can be put in on the computer.
