Sadly lacking often used features

No double sided print option from epson cloud print on my chromebook or on the printer directly.
No option to print more than one copy. I have tried options button the only "option " is paper type. Prints slower than my workforce. Will NOT save money on ink since Ill still have to use the workforce to get things done efficiently. I will not recommend this printer unless someone prints directly from the printer .

Okay printer, terrible scanner.

I bought this printer about 5 months ago and the first one broke but the store I bought it from had a warranty and replaced it for me for free. I haven't had to refill the ink yet but it is definitely not enough to last me two years as the sales associate had advertised. I never had a worse scanner. It takes almost 20 minutes to scan one page and nothing seems to make it any easier. I have updated the drivers and downloaded Epson scan but scanning is a nightmare. I would not buy this product again.

Easy to use and great features

A great replacement for my other brand (Canon) all-in-one. Starts up faster, has ink tanks instead of super expensive in cartridges. Classic Epson photo print quality even though it is not listed as a photo printer. Great value for the cost. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

they said "all-in-one", so I was surprised there wasn't a document feeder or a fax or duplex scanning.

Love that ink!!!

I have a small business and print off a lot of color documents. No more fuesswork about how much ink is in the cartridge! The only design improvement I would make is auto 2-sided printing. Not having a photo plack cartridge is unnoticed- more savings and better ROI! I love this printer.

Printer set up was easy. Computer to wireless set up, not so much. Ended up using a USB cable. I just set this up, I don't know if I would recommend this to anyone yet.

Great out of the box

This printer wasn't all that bad to set up. It is easy to get a little ink on your hands, but I was careful and only got myself a couple small spots (there are warnings all over not to spill the ink, tip the printer, etc). The test print really looks great for such a small printer. I can't wait to see how this performs over the next couple years. The software installed very easily, and I had it up and running in probably under 30 minutes total (including a 15-20 minutes of the first ink preparation by the printer).
