SET UP ISSUES

VERY EXCITED ABOUT USING THE ECO TANK ALL IN ONE... I DID HAVE ISSUES WITH GETTING THE FIRMWARE COMPLETED AND HAD TO CANCEL PROCESS AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPS FOR THE UPDATE.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems with setting up ink

The ink wouldn't pour out of the bottles into the tank so I had to pour the ink using a funnel. Then the ink wouldn't finish charging even though I left it to charge overnight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Once I was set up it worked very well. This is not a high speed printer but it does all that I need for home use and for an organization I do some volunteer work for.When I set it up I had to figure out to us the network labeled printer. I received two options after the install and chose the option without the network. That failed, but as soon as I chose the model # with the network it started right up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup & install on multi PC and laptops

The printer is working very well so far, no issues. A little slow to print a job but as a home user I am not in a big hurry. Setup & install was very easy, did not spill any ink so no clean up. Works great and I hope to save on purchasing ink.

Eco Tank

We purchased this a month ago and have had no issues with it. It loaded on all our computers with no problems but taking a little more time then usual. Cannot comment on the tanks as we have not used it long enough to get any experience on how long or how many copies they are good for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything I always wanted in a all in one printer!

This has all the features needed to compliment any home or business office. Print quality is excellent, color screen makes copying and scanning a breeze. Haven't owned the printer long(about a month) but the ink level hasn't moved, which is pretty amazing considering my wife uses it for business and my kids all use it for school and play. Wi-Fi setup was simple and can all be done using the screen/controls on the printer itself. Initial setup does take longer than a standard printer but then again the drive to the store to get new ink cartridges takes a bit too, which you won't be doing with this printer for quite some time.

Easy Peasy

First new printer in almost 10 years. What can I say I drive them till the wheels fall off. Initially the cost seemed high but I have paid for the HP printer I had 10 times over as a result of cartridge costs. The set up on this unit was easy. My wife adores the wireless function. She even prints from her mobile device. We are old and this magic stuff thrills us. Ink is dirt cheap. We don't print pictures. Mostly black and white stuff. The color copies look very good as well. The only draw back is the top feed. We made it work for us.
