It was so user friendly that I will promote this product to everyone who will listen!!!!
The getting started and walk-through instruction sheet was so informative and easy to follow. I was ELATED by it and couldn't wait to install it -- I had been almost dreading it, especially the "wireless" feature. I was quite frankly afraid, but it walked me through everything so plainly and perfectly that I've grown in self-confidence!!! THANK YOU for your thoughtfulness and guidance with the setup.
I just KNOW I'm going to LOVE this all-in-one printer!

Setup flawless

Just got this printer setup. The setup was very easy with no issues. So that a good first step. Reliable and ease of use is still up in the air since I haven't started using it. I'm optimistic this will work fine.

love the long lasting ink tanks but often prints with lines

I love the long lasting ink tanks but having trouble with lines in almost everything I print. I have cleaned the nozzle and head several times and still have lines. I am not sure what to do next. I want to love this product so would love to find a solution to the problem. Will recommend to friends if I can get this problem fixed.

The concept of the eco tank was a great idea. The concept of the eco tank use of the ink instead of the mini cartridges makes more sense for people like me who use our computers daily in our work.
