The Real Deal

I bought this printer 2 months ago, and so far it has lived up to to its claim. This printer has performed amazing well and the ink has lasted. I do a lot of photo printing and quality of the photos have been great. Epson has a reminder pop-up to let you know where the ink levels are with each print which I think is a nice monitoring feature. While the initial sticker price may be more than other printers, you will definitely recoup the cost by saving on ink. I will continue to monitor the performance over the coming months, and update this review accordingly. At this time, I am very pleased with the performance and glad to made made the purchase.

Great Quality; Hard to Use

I'm very happy with the size and quality of this printer and copied/printed documents. However, the printer has been very difficult to use, even with the detailed instructions. Changing from printing to scanning modes requires a shut down (with the hope that the printer will reset itself). I'm very disappointed that I bought this brand/more expensive model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's far too early to tell if this printer will deliver what is promised. So far so good, but I bought it to save money on ink cartridges. Check back with me in a year or so.

It is the best investment that I have ever spent money on. I have told all of my friends and relative's about it. It is worth every penny. No hassle trying to find the right ink cartridge. Great quality picture's, not as good as my Kodak photo printer, but it is so close that you can't tell. I also have a 13" X 19" Epson printer That I love for my large print photo's. I take a lot of nature photo's and no one can tell the difference between this printer and my Kodak printer. This Epson printer will take the place of the bulk of my photo's. GREAT JOB!

Nice Printer with Exceptional Value

Except for a bit of clumsiness when filling reservoirs with ink, this is the best printer that I have ever owned. The days of printer cartridges should be over. A person gets a much better value with this type of printer, and the printer results are just great.

I've had this printer for only a few weeks, printed 200 pages and it has done a wonderful job. Setup was easier than I expected. I'm still learning it's capabilities. One of the reasons I chose this printer is I am running mac os 10.6.8 and this printer still works with it and does a beautiful job. Thanks Epson.
