I buy this 7 month ago I like it a lot but right now color print not working who could help????????????????????.I give them 5 star because I love it.

Problem with Envelopes

The feeder cannot pick up envelopes for printing even when loaded with envelopes.
The printer makes a lot of noise before printing anything. So you think its printing when it's not.
Not as easy/ intuitive to use as other printers. It is only one device but have two different shortcuts on desk top one for printer other for scanner.

Piece of garbage

Printer is incredibly noisy, requires envelopes to be fed indivdually (no capability to load 10 or 15 at once), and very slow. Process for using alternate paper sizes (I do about half my printing on legal paper) is complex. The only positive thing is the ink tanks. It was purchased to replace an Epson WF-4020 - a great printer that I wore out - and I returned it within 24 hours, replacing it with a WF-4640 that is much quieter and can stack load envelopes, although - contrary to Epson's claims - cannot duplex legal size paper and is slow to start printing when doing a large job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful Computer!

We really like our ET 4550, (can't love an inanimate object-if I could, I would!). Best computer we have ever owned. Set up was easy, even for this non-geek!

Very, no hassle setup!

I've always purchased an Epson over the past four decades. However, I purchased another competitor's product, I had to return the product due to technical errors. So I tried again and another technical error occurred. During an attempt to install the second printer I ventured over the their website for technical support only to learn their technical support are closed on Saturdays. That did it as Epson offers technical support on Saturdays. I think the competitor would rather sell and support cameras. This model was extremely easy to set up, just be patient! A great product!!
