Has some great features

I got this printer a couple of moths ago. Love quick print, the double sided print. The WIFI works great. The only problem I have had is getting around in the menu mode, finding what setting you are looking for
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic change from cartridges

I am thrilled to not need ink as often. There is always room for improvement which is why I gave it four stars. My only wish is that it did not take so long for the thing to get to printing after it is first turned on when the power is off. Other than that, the quality is fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I find it a great printer. Did have some problem with the computer losing contact with the printer. All in all a great printer. the scaner is slow, but works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love the tanks

I bought this printer about 6 weeks ago, prints great, does everything I need and I love the tanks.
The only thing I do not like it makes a lot of noise when printing and faxing

Right from the get-go I could tell this was a quality product. Now you do have some instructions to follow. Not difficult instructions mind you, but this is a printer that uses ink wells instead of "cartridges" that you must fill yourself so some caution must be taken during the setup to do things correctly. On this note, the "Start here" guide walks you from the beginning to the end.
Setup takes about 30 minutes give or take as the printer needs time to fill its lines with ink from the reservoirs. The few test pages I have printed since are sharp and very good colour to them.

Set up on this printer was more time consuming then prior printers we use by I feel the extra time and effort were truly worth the sweat and fret.
