I love the idea of not buying ink cartridges every 2 months. It is a little noisy but that is not a major drawback.

Best printer I have ever had

I use this printer to scan copy and print my personal stuff. Making it easier to organize, find and print if need be. The ET-4550 rocks for home and small business use. And it will save you a fortune if you do a lot of printing.

I'm not real tech savvy and the printer was a little rough getting it installed and working with my wifi. But after that I love it! It prints copies that are sharper than the original. Love the ink tanks.

We've had this printer for over two months now and must say, it is a pleasure to operate. To be able to print remotely is an immense convenience. Not to mention, we'll be saving loads of money on ink.

We love the features of this printer: speed, double sided printing, etc. It is also very nice that with this printer we do not keep running out of ink, due to the large amount supplied and the large replacements bottles, which make running this printer much cheaper. The only small inconvenience is that the printing is rather loud.

Just bought short time ago and so far works perfectly. Will review again after long term use. However love the idea of not needing to regularly get inks for my printer that cost as much as the printer and inks combined. Installation was a breeze.

I just setup the unit and struggled with it. I've installed many printers over the years, and this one seamed to be the most difficult. I wound up doing a work around on Windows 10- 64. I loaded, reloaded, and deleted the startup files 4-5 times before I finally got it working. I bought this to replace two printers in my home office: HP Officejet 8550 & OKI Data Laser C6100 which were driving me broke with the cost of inks, toners, drum & belt replacements. The economics of the ET-4550 were too great to pass up. I'm hoping it works as advertised.
