I've had this for over a year now and only refilled twice!!!!
Love the time saved by not having to change cartridges every other month

Pleased so far

I was somewhat apprehensive about buying this printer because I am not a high volume user. I was concerned about the ink clogging from non use. So far this has not happened. Setting this printer up was fairly easy. I am using Windows 10 and the provided software is working well. I think the price on this is way to high. I did shop around and got it for the lowest price that I could.

I love the eco tank feature. However, nobody in the office likes this machine, including me. I have loved all of my Epson printers but what have you done to the menu? It is not intuitive, cumbersome and flat out frustrating for all users in my office.

Been using it for a month and so far minor problems but overall great machine. I have a 630 that I converted to ink tanks years ago and that is the tops. I'm glad Epson finally saw the light and made a legitimate printer with tanks. You need desperately to to improve the control panel to make it user friendly. having to switch constantly between photo and plain paper is a pain in the rear. improve that and add a photo print tray and you have a winner. I have one problem when printing over 20 photos the printer will throw an error and eject the print 1/3 done. There is no error message but to get rid of it I must reset the ink level sensor to make it look like I have refilled it. then it prints another 20 or so and does the same thing. Weird and it does waste photo paper. The ink levels are fine and barely off the full mark. See if you can figure it out,. Otherwise great printer.
