Works just great!

I love this printer. Still am not used to the ink jet vs the lazer printing. I printed my husband's boarding pass and the airport personnel could not scan the pass, said it was unclear. Not good, right?! Hopefully, the print quality gets better!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great all around home printer.

I bought this unit about a month ago. It has all the bells and whistles some of which, most likely, I will never use. But it's nice to know that they are there. The unit powers up and is ready to go in no time at all, faster than any other home printer that I have owned over the years and the print speed is amazingly fast.
Obviously what sold this printer to me is the EcoTank feature. After being a slave to print cartridges all these years, I was happy to finally throw them out. Isn't it strange just how fast brand new print cartridges seem to run out of ink and most often at the wrong time.
I look forward to using my Epson ET-4550 printer for many years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wish they made this printer in wide format

Purchased this printer over a month ago. When I ordered this printer it was out of stock due to high demand. Well, it was well worth the wait. Following the excellent directions, I was up and printing in no time. Exceptional printing, I haven't been able to run out of ink yet.

I am so happy about my printer, I have printed out so many papers and handed them out to the support group in which I am a member. It has saved me so much money as to where it counts. I tell everyone about this printer and I absolutely approve of it and recommend it.

Good basic inkjet printer

Second eco-tank and Wi-Fi enabled printer I have purchased. I enjoy the eco-tank feature. Wi-Fi set up on current printer is superior to previous setup options which were a "step-filled" experience. These printers love to be used. So if you don't print with them on at least a weekly basis, then you will need to run the maintenance function or periodically print something that really uses all the color. These are not intended for high volume or production use in an office. Great for home use or low volume office printing. Color printing is fully acceptable. Never runs out of ink and replacement ink is reasonably priced. Big advantage from previous "cartridge" printer. I expect years of service.

Money Saver On Ink

I purchase this machine about a month ago and I use it to print 8.5 X 11 photos for our camera club, also day to day word documents. The print quality is very good for the money The viewing area on the control panel is small and hard to see. It has a relatively fast document printing speed, at least good enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like the ink tank idea, but it doesnt matter how much ink you have if the printer quits working after only three weeks.
