Great New Printer

My previous printer was needing a new print jet and the print cartridges were expensive. I did some research and it looked like it was a little bit more expensive upfront but being able to replace ink from bottles seemed like a much more cost effective means. I wanted a printer with an Ethernet jack and also planned on using it with Linux-OS. Because it is relatively new it took some doing to get it going on Linux but now I know how to do that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hate to buy cartridges!

While this printer is really good, the print quality is only average. However, as per my “bottom line” feature, this printer is great if you don’t want to fuss with the time and money to purchase replacement cartridges. It is super easy to install the liquid into the tanks, and those liquids last a LONG time - probably near a year for me. Since Epson includes a second set of replacement liquids, this printer is a bargain!
I would recommend this to a friend!

printer was easy to set up and easy to use. Only drawback is user screen is small . I need to use a rubber pointer to go thru screens. Love that I won't have to change ink cartridges every few weeks!

Is a bit pricey but hopefully will earn it's price tag.

Had problem setting unit up. Still is reluctant to print landscape, especially using Excel. Just start using two sided printing and that tends to work well. A bit noisy but that is to be expected.
