Fax ability a disappointment

I bought this to replace a ET-4550, which was struck by lightning. It appears to be much slower. Then when trying to set up the fax part, I learned it did not work with the VOICE modem that my cable company provided for my phone and internet. The other one worked on it. Disappointed I didn't know that before the purchase. Nothing said on outside of box about that either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not easy to set up!

I bought this Epson because I'm sick and tired of spending a small fortune on ink cartridges for another brand. I like the idea of the Eco-Tank. It has been a bit of a challenge to get up and running. Now it has decided not to communicate with my printer again. I'm back to running to my office for scanning and printing. Hence the 3 star-rating at this time.

Great Printer

Tired of spending more for cartridges than the printer cost. The Epson has everything I wanted. Did have a problem printing a PDF file, should be a software problem.

Excellent printer

I bought this a few weeks ago. It has very easy set up, prints great in color and black & white. It's also smaller than my previous printers with all the same features.

Great features And Easy setup
