Easy, Straight Forward Set Up

I picked up the WF ET-4750 last night at BestBuy, filled the tanks with ink in about 30 min. This morning I put the software disk on my PC and installed the printer with no glitches. The test page came out looking beautifully crisp. First impressions: An excellent small printer for my home office. We'll see.

No Double-sided ADF scanning with the ET-4750

I assumed double-sided scanning would continue to this generation of all-in-ones. I didn't read the fine print. It was included with the WF-3620 and worked very well. Epson dropped this essential feature that came with older scanners. On the bright side, the new ink tanks are great, so far.

I bought this printer because it has all the features that I wanted (fax, scanner, printer). I’m surprised how easy it is to fill the ink “tanks”, and how it doesn’t create any mess. The easiness of the setup process and the compability to print wirelessly from the iPhone or Tablet makes this a great printer. If you want to buy it, I suggest you do. It’s great!!!!

Constant Phantom Paper Jams

Not happy at all with this printer. Actually the one that I am using now was a replacement unit that Epson sent me for exactly the same issue.
Constantly getting paper jam messages n multi page documents. Tried all of the tricks including getting different types of paper. None of this fixes the problem.
Really dissatisfied with my choice. Printer seems very cheaply built as well using very thin plastics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very satisfied with the quality of impressions, fax and scanner works perfectly after a more than easy installation. I operate it wirelessly, gone wires. Very economical well worth the 5 stars I gave it.
