Much better than expected!!

Print quality is good and the ink capacity is amazing. Also prints two sided which is a major plus in our office.

Avoid - Frequent Re-fill Ink Cartages

We added EPSON ET-4550 Ink Tank Printer in our office; it is now our "Default Printer" used with Computers and iPhone. We use an EPSON WF-7620 Wide Format for Special Projects. Recently acquired WF-3640 for Music Studio general use Copy - Print; saves us TIME, better spent on Music Activities.

Great tech support

I had a problem with stacked print jobs and the tech support was wonderful. They were easy to understand and gave specific directions. Great experience and problem solved.

Just set up the printer last night, went well, only thing I would change is a better description of how to get special characters for the wireless setup, but with a little poking and prodding we got it all set up.... will have to wait to see how it runs in the long term
