I bought this machine last month and it is the best printer I nave ever used. The ink last for a very long time. So different from other printers

great ink supply; fast printer; overall highly recommend this one; was recommended D Link for Wifi Modem but can only use it with 2.5 GHerz; have had a few problems with scanning where I have to use my phone and only scans to my own email address; automatic feed sometimes jams; window where you manually press broke applying pressure but I was given a brand new one which was brilliant! window with directions could be bigger with bigger print. We are not all 20 year olds! I would have preferred one in white.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You pay a little more up front, but the ink savings far offsets the initial cost.

I bought the printer 4 months ago. The problems I've encountered have been fewer than with a couple of other brand printers. Due to some recent issues, I decided to click on firmware update. Since then I've encountered an additional issue that I now need to try to resolve. All of a sudden, the printed page, regardless of settings, has changed to landscape instead of portrait, and the font size is so small it is too small to easily read since the entire page still prints on one page, but within a smaller height of paper.
I hate the e-mail feature. I cannot send to more than one address at a time.
The interface is so small I cannot use my fingers to press so I use an eraser on the end of a pencil. And my fingers are not large.
The ink capacity and cost is terrific. I don't get nice colors like I did with other brand printers, but that's not my main purpose, so it's acceptable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Endless Trouble With Wireless Connection

I bought this thinking it would be more economical on printer ink. That much is true. And the print quality is very good. However, only one of our computers can connect to the printer wirelessly. This is especially annoying when working from the other side of the house and having to go plug in the laptop to the printer to print anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had HP forever but got tired of the price of ink. Thought I would give this a try since I print a lot of pictures for work. So far so good. A bit difficult to scan and it is noisy!
