A Nice Machine!

I just bought this printer yesterday when my 10 year old HP printer died. Setup has been a pleasure. I filled the tanks with ink, and applied power as directed and the printer did the rest. About 12 minutes later I printed a file from my iPhone, wirelessly for the first time ever! 5 minutes later, I printed a document from my MAC Book. Then from my iPad! All with no hassle. Next day I put the printer in the office, plugged in the phone wire and the LAN cable. My Dell Windows 10 computer found the printer instantly, turned off WIFI, enabled print via my wired network and printed a picture for me. Next, I printed an email from my iPhone via the Direct Print feature. Flawless. What a pleasure. Finally, I installed the Epson software from the supplied CD, and did the Windows installation in about 5 minutes. There was a registration page that came up automatically and the computer also downloaded and installed a firmware update. Now the fax is setup, and everything works great with no hassle! I would probably give it a 4.5, only because the initial picture that I printed on regular paper was slightly off color, but I will try a good picture on photo paper and I expect it will be near perfect. All in all, I give this new baby a 5 of 5 rating!!

I bought this a couple weeks ago print quality isn't that great, it helps you save on buying ink.

Super easy to fill with ink and set up and use

I wanted a printer for home use to use for printing literature for my personal writing for editing and I do not like looking at a screen, call me old fashion The printer provides easy use without worry of running to the store and buying a bunch of expensive ink cartridges. I was hesitant when it first came out, I assumed the ink would smear on the page, I waited for my friend, who handicaps horses, and prints a lot of programs, to buy one. It work out fantastic for him. Needless to say, I bought one, and I cannot be more happy. The only problem, I shouldn't waited so long.

Sharp print

The paper tray is just wrong. It should pull out all of the way for proper paper alignment. I used my EPSON 4550 for several years and it was fantastic. This new 4750 is a disappointment from the box. I may replace this one with upgrade tomorrow!
